Purpose
Insight Counsel turns a participant’s question, concern, ambition, confusion, or assumption into a governed interpretive frame.
It helps clarify what the participant is trying to understand before any operational workflow is used.
The purpose is disciplined understanding, not action. Insight Counsel may help frame issues, test assumptions, identify boundaries,
and prepare the participant for the correct next step.
Insight Counsel supports interpretation. It does not authorize Verolex to act.
Interpretive Frame
Role
What capacity is the participant acting in: attorney, employer, law school, association, publication, recruiter, or another governed role?
Objective
What is the participant trying to understand, compare, prepare, decide, or review before operational access?
Context
What facts, constraints, assumptions, market conditions, or institutional concerns shape the question?
Boundary
Does the question involve outreach, disclosure, publication, routing, verification, result generation, or external reliance?
Next governed step
Should the participant continue orientation, review a role pathway, seek operational access review, or require human review?
