Who we are

Verolex is operated by LegalRecruiter, Inc. Verolex provides governed technology and services for legal hiring, attorney careers, professional opportunity, structured communication, verification, authorization, and authorized results.

Verolex may use Text, Voice, File, Verification, Authorization, Authorized Result, and other approved Communicators to support a defined participant objective. Access to a Communicator does not by itself authorize disclosure, publication, outreach, representation, or use of information for a different purpose.

What we collect

  • Account and contact information, including name, email address, role, organization, access level, and related registration or service information.
  • Information you provide through forms, Communicators, interviews, messages, uploaded files, records, requests, reviews, or other Verolex workflows.
  • Technical and service information used to operate and secure the platform, such as browser, device, authentication, access, diagnostic, and system-event data.
  • Voice-session information when you use a Voice Communicator. Audio may be processed as necessary to provide the live interaction. Any storage of audio, transcript, final text, or a resulting record is governed by the applicable Verolex workflow, consent, authorization, and retention rules.
  • Text Communicator content, including messages, structured responses, records, drafts, and approved artifacts generated during use.
  • Verification, authorization, and result information created where a Verolex workflow requires review before information may move forward.

How we use data

  • Provide the access, communication, intake, review, verification, authorization, matching, preparation, or other service you request.
  • Create and maintain records necessary to support a governed Verolex workflow.
  • Protect account security, system integrity, service reliability, and misuse prevention.
  • Support quality review, troubleshooting, compliance, and administration of Verolex services.
  • Prepare de-identified or aggregated operational information where appropriate and where the information can no longer reasonably identify an individual.

Verolex does not sell personal data.

Retention & purge

Verolex retains information for the period reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service, support the governed record, satisfy operational or legal requirements, resolve disputes, protect system integrity, or complete an authorized process.

  • Different Verolex records may have different retention periods depending on the type of information, participant relationship, workflow, or legal requirement.
  • Some forms or services may identify a specific retention or purge period at the time information is submitted.
  • Uploaded materials and resulting records may be retained while needed for the applicable request, engagement, review, authorization, audit, or related obligation.
  • Technical and security logs may be retained for a limited operational period appropriate to security, reliability, troubleshooting, and compliance needs.
  • You may request deletion or earlier purge where supported and where Verolex is not required or permitted to retain the information.

Sharing & disclosure

Verolex may use service providers to support hosting, authentication, email, communications, forms, search, retrieval, scheduling, storage, security, payment processing, or other platform functions.

Information is disclosed only as appropriate for the applicable service, participant instruction, authorization, operational requirement, legal obligation, or protection of rights, safety, and system integrity.

Verolex does not treat access to information as authority to publish it, distribute it, contact another person, represent a participant, or create an authorized result unless the applicable workflow permits that action.

Information may be processed in the United States or in other jurisdictions where Verolex or its service providers operate.

Cookies & local storage

Verolex may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, session continuity, user preferences, consent choices, and reliable operation of the platform.

Additional analytics or measurement technologies, if used, should be configured consistently with the applicable consent and privacy requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your location and the nature of your relationship with Verolex, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or other treatment required by applicable law.

Some requests may be limited where retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, audit, or other legitimate purposes.

This notice describes Verolex privacy and information-handling practices. Verolex does not provide legal advice through this notice.
