Verolex™ Briefings

Profile Record & Position Record Briefings

A Verolex employer-side briefing series on creating Profile Records, using them as customized evaluation tools, comparing prospective hires and referrals with LexAlign, and later creating governed Position Records, Position Listings, QRecruit pathways, QRCode routing, and cross-site use.

Purpose of This Series

This series explains how an employer can use Verolex to create a Profile Record before opening, publishing, or disclosing a hiring search.

The employer-side process does not begin with a job post. It begins with a Profile Record: an internal evaluation tool that captures the practice, management operation, growth criteria, position context, and practice areas touched.

From that Profile Record, the employer may evaluate prospective hires, targets, or referrals with LexAlign; build a talent or referral pool; create a narrower Position Record; and decide what, if anything, may become public-facing position information.

Governing Distinction

Profile Record

The employer’s internal evaluation benchmark. It records practice context, management operation, growth criteria, position context, and practice areas touched.

Position Record

The narrower governed hiring-search record. It translates relevant Profile Record data into role scope, criteria, screening logic, interview content, LexAlign criteria, QRecruit criteria, confidentiality limits, and authorized use.

Position Listing

The employer-authorized public-facing opportunity information. Its content varies by employer and may disclose only selected information from the Position Record.

Core Principle

The Profile Record lets the employer evaluate people against the practice before turning the need into a formal search.

The employer creates a Profile Record before opening the search.
The Position Record narrows the Profile Record into a governed search.
The Position Listing discloses only what the employer authorizes.

What This Enables

The Profile Record gives the employer a durable evaluation benchmark. It can be used before, during, or after a formal search.

Practice profiling

Employers can describe how a practice operates before deciding whether to create a specific search.

Prospective-hire evaluation

LexAlign can compare prospective hires, targets, or referrals against the Profile Record at the employer’s pace.

Talent and referral pool development

Employers can build a governed pool before opening, publishing, or disclosing a search.

Search readiness

When the employer is ready, the Position Record narrows the Profile Record into a governed hiring-search record.

Authorized presentation

Public position information, QRecruit access, QRCode routing, and cross-site presentation remain subject to employer authorization.

Pre-Setup Function

This series is designed for pre-Setup viewing. It explains the employer-side record structure before an employer configures access, creates a Profile Record, evaluates targets, or authorizes external use.

The goal is not to rush employers into posting a role. The goal is to help them understand how Verolex uses structured employer input to govern evaluation, alignment, search records, and authorized presentation.
