Overview
AIR Level One is the foundation of Verolex’s AI-assisted recruiting model. It uses structured questioning, verified data flows, and retrieval-only records to create alignment briefs, job postings, and candidate summaries — all verifiable and auditable.
Each participant — recruiter, employer, or lateral — interacts with a dedicated Virtual Communicator (VCV) inside the Workspace. AIR integrates these dialogues into the VeroVault™ for storage, CareerNavigator™ for candidate alignment, and TalentScout™ for employer visibility.
Scope of Service (Level One)
Structured Intake: AI guides employers and candidates through verified Q&A to collect essential recruiting data.
Role Brief Creation: Generates concise, aligned summaries suitable for sharing within LegalRecruiter or private vaults.
Alignment Reports: Produces Prelim and Post-Prelim comparisons of readiness and mutual fit.
File Handling: VeroVault™ stores documents as retrieval-only; no training, transfer, or duplication occurs.
Verification Support: Human recruiters review and verify outputs before final publication or forwarding.
Principles of Operation
Consent & Privacy: Every AIR session begins with a privacy acknowledgment and redaction reminder.
Memory Discipline: AIR only retains workspace-authorized data. All memory usage is client-controlled.
Output Integrity: Each deliverable cites the source of data (uploaded file, user statement, or verified entry).
Human Review: Final briefs are validated by LegalRecruiter staff before becoming “verified documents.”
