Verolex Professional Engagement

Delivery

Once your professional objective, audience, and relevant services have been identified, the next decision is how those services will be delivered. Delivery establishes who performs the work and how Verolex participates in achieving the approved objective.

Delivery Determines Responsibility

Delivery is not the service itself. It defines responsibility for performing the approved work. The same Professional Service may be delivered in different ways depending upon the participant's needs, available resources, and desired level of Verolex involvement.

Choosing a delivery model determines who performs the work—not what the work is intended to accomplish.

Delivery Model One

Guided Delivery

In Guided Delivery, the participant performs the work while Verolex provides the structure, guidance, Professional Services, Communicators, governance, and approved support needed to accomplish the objective.

Guided Delivery is appropriate for participants who wish to remain actively involved in preparing information, completing activities, and managing their own professional progress while benefiting from Verolex's governed framework.

  • The participant performs the work.
  • Verolex provides structure and guidance.
  • The participant remains responsible for approved actions performed within the engagement.
  • Execution follows Verolex governance.
Delivery Model Two

Managed Delivery

In Managed Delivery, Verolex performs approved work on behalf of the participant within an authorized scope. The participant establishes the objective, provides required information, reviews appropriate milestones, and authorizes work where necessary.

Managed Delivery is appropriate when participants prefer Verolex staff to perform execution activities within the agreed scope rather than completing those activities themselves.

  • Verolex performs approved work.
  • The participant defines objectives and provides required information.
  • Execution occurs only within the approved scope.
  • Governance, verification, and authorization remain in effect throughout execution.

The Delivery Model Does Not Change the Objective

Selecting Guided or Managed Delivery does not change the participant's professional objective or the Professional Services supporting that objective.

Delivery changes only how those services are performed and who is responsible for carrying out the approved work.

Delivery Principles

Constitutional Principles

  • Delivery follows the identification of objectives, audience, and relevant services.
  • Delivery determines responsibility—not purpose.
  • Professional Services remain the same regardless of delivery model.
  • Every delivery model operates within Verolex governance.
  • Execution begins only after an appropriate delivery model has been established.

Professional Execution

Professional Engagement determines what should happen. Professional Execution defines how approved work is performed through Professional Services, Professional Records, Professional Communicators, Professional Tasks, Professional Workflows, Verification, Authorization, and Authorized Results.
