The Jordan Tally VCV functions as the employer’s public-facing introduction. It helps visitors understand what AP&T is, what Managed Employer Verolex is demonstrating, and which pathway may be appropriate.
Jordan does not act as a recruiter, evaluator, interviewer, or hiring authority. The Communicator supports orientation before any recruiting, screening, document review, interview activity, referral handling, or hiring workflow begins.
Communicator Purpose
Provide a professional employer introduction, explain the AP&T demonstration, identify visitor objectives, and direct visitors toward the appropriate Managed Employer Verolex pathway without creating operational hiring authority.
Ask introductory questions about AP&T, Managed Employer Verolex, employment messaging, visitor pathways, and governance boundaries.
